Mold Remediation

Homeowners and/or other unqualified persons should never attempt to remove mold. Mold should be removed by a qualified specialist under a controlled environment. Proper mold removal procedures include proper environmental control systems to be in place and specific procedures to be applied according to the job management plan specific to the job. Each individual situation requires a specific plan according to the quantity and type of mold as well as the building characteristics. Indoor Air Monitoring and testing should be performed after any mold removal job to determine that the problem has been solved effectively or if there is still a significant mold presence.
